Shipping and returns


All packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx,Ups. We do not process shipments on weekends or federal holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. USPS and DHL will make several delivery attempts, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange package pick up at a convenient time for you. No refunds will be issued due to refused or abandoned shipments.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please be advised we are also not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, incorrect address input, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

International orders: Please check with your customs office regarding additional cost for import duties, taxes and charges. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and it is not included in the item prices and/or shipping cost.

Payment terms & order processing

Please allow 3-5 business day for your order to be processed and 3-5 business days for shipping and delivery.

Special orders may take up to 14 business days to process and 3-4 business days for delivery. If you do have a special request, e.g a different closure or frontal length than what is listed, please contact us at: 

Your billing and shipping address MUST match to complete the transaction. Please be advised that we accept most credit cards, and once an order has been placed, your credit/debit card will be charged. If it has to be shipped to a different address,please email me.Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


Return/Refund Policy

Refund: Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be permitted.

Exchange:  Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not do exchanges.
